LEADING OTHERS

In this cohort you'll move from a member to leader. Learn how to make disciples, build a healthy team, lead different personalities, facilitate discussion, provide feedback, and solve problems.

LEADING LEADERS

In this cohort you'll move from leader to coordinator. We'll help you learn how to be a spiritual leader, manage conflict, identify and train new leaders, and training lead huddles.

LEADING DEPARTMENTS

In this cohort you'll move from coordinator to director. We'll help you develop skills such as personal development, time management, decision making, communication, coaching others, and leading meetings.
