| AWANA Listening Leader | Wednesday Nights Weekly for 9 Months | Membership | Listen to verses in small groups. Guide small group discussion. Set up room for success/best environment for learning/reciting verses. Document progress of students in books and record sheets. Communicate to parents at pick up or drop off. Assist in game time and large group lesson time with crowd control. |

| Evergreen Lunches | 12 months | Membership | Help facilitate the monthly lunches (2nd Thursday of each month) by helping in various areas of the event |

| Trail Life – Trail Guide | 12 months | Member of Bible believing church, align with FC’s belief statements, background check | Lead small groups, mentor a group of boys, and participate in special outings and other Trail Life activities |

| Substitute Teacher | Paid position – Monday and/or Wednesday when jobs are available | Sub Training & Background Check | When teachers need a substitute for their classroom, they will reach out to our substitute group. Whoever claims the substitute job will step in for the date and time needed. Teachers are responsible to create plans and set up all that is needed for a substitute. Grades and subjects available: K4-4th grade classroom teachers, 5th-8th focused subject teacher (math, science, history, or ELA), and specials teachers (art, music, PE, or life skills) |
| Reading Buddy | Wednesday Afternoons that work with your schedule | A quick Reading Buddy training | Our first grade works diligently to continue building reading skills with students. These reading buddies will come up once a week when the teachers have a scheduled time to read and practice those reading skills. |
| Book Fair Helper | 1x a year in October in an AM or PM shift of 4 hours | A quick training going over how the book fair functions | We have a book fair once a year, and we will be looking for people to help run the registers, help students when needed in the book fair, and keep the fair looking nice and clean. |
| Science Fair Judge | 1x a year in March in an AM or PM shift of 3 hours | A quick training to go over judge rubric, questions, and how the fair will function. There will also be emails leading up to the fair to ensure the success of all. | These volunteers will judge our 5th-8th grade science fair. These people will have a list of questions they ask that goes along with the judging form to learn about student’s projects and judge accordingly. |
| Carline leader | Monday and/or Wednesdays of your choosing | A quick training going over safety and different carline roles. | Our carline helpers will help to work a couple different roles which are listed below. If serving in the AM, you’ll put cones out. If serving in the afternoon, you’ll pull cones back in – Sidewalk Attendant – This person will watch over the sidewalk to make sure students aren’t running into carline when it is unsafe – Line Splitter – This person will split the line at a certain point from one to two lines as we move cars through – STOP Sign Holder – This person will hold the “Stop/Slow” sign at the front. They will let the cars know when it is a safe time to move the line. – Loading Zone – This person will work with a staff member to help students get inside their cars safely and make sure all families have their children before moving the line. |
| Sunday Morning Teacher | Weekly OR 1-2 times a month | Membership | Lead the sunday school class with the selceted curriculm. Lead an engaging craft or activity. Take prayer requests. Make sure room is cleaned up at end of service. |
| Wednesday Night Small Group Leader | 1-2 times a month | Membership | Lead small group of adults in a discussion about sermon. Connect/invest in your group of individuals. |
| Special Events | Various Times Based on Events | Membership | Requirements are dependent on the Event! Typically a person who is able to work with any person with special needs. |
| One-on-one buddy | Weekly for 12 months | membership and background check | Being a friend to a child with special needs. Adapting the enviorment to make the child have a sucessful and safe time at church. Make church a fun place where a child feels welcomed and wanted. Communicate with parents about the activies thier child particpaed in. |
| Frontline Vocalist | 1-2 Times a month plus weeknight rehearsal | Membership | This is a vocalist that service on mic and upon worship pastor’s request will lead a song |
| Ensemble Vocalist | 1 Time a month | Membership | This is our first point of entry to sing on the worship team. This is a group of vocalist that want to sing but without the commitment. |
| Band – Guitar, Bass, Piano, Drums | 1-2 Times a month plus weeknight rehearsal | Membership | This is the positions available for those who play these instruments proficiently and want to serve. |
| Audio | 1-2 Times a month plus weeknight rehearsal | Membership | This is running sound in the Sanctuary and for our live stream. If you have experience in running live sound this is the place for you. |
| Visual | 1-2 Times a month plus weeknight rehearsal | Membership | This is for those who want to help run the what is seen on the screens. |
| Live Stream | 1-2 Times a month plus weeknight rehearsal | Membership | This is for those who want to help run the camera’s for the live stream. |
| Photographer | One Service Once a Month | Membership | This poitions icludes, serving (taking pictures) during a service hour and taking pictures of baptisms, sunday school, kids ministry, student ministry, worship, preaching, lobby space, and any other event that Fellowship Church may have. This is assigned by the communicatiosn assistant who will request a voulenteer. |
| Videographer | One Service Once a Month | Membership | This poitions icludes, serving during a service hour and taking pictures of baptisms, sunday school, kids ministry, student ministry, worship, preaching, lobby space, and any other event that Fellowship Church may have. This is assigned by the communicatiosn assistant who will request a voulenteer. |
| Social Media Team | Weekly | Membership | This position includes, reposting, sharing, commenting on, and liking social media activity of the church, to help spread posts to the community. This position can be done completley from home. |
| Live stream audio and visual tech | 1-2 Times a month | Membership | This position includes helping run the livestream in all positions. This would mean directing the livestream visually, changing camera angles, and putting graphics, such as sermon note slides, on the screen. |
| Camera operator | 1-2 Times a month | Membership | This position includes running a camera in order to get shots for our Sunday Service livestream. |
| Audio technician | 1-2 Times a month plus weeknight rehearsal | Membership | This position includes running the audio for the live stream service, during our Sunday morning services. |
| Online Service Host | Once a Month | Membership + Identity Cohort | This position includes taking over the comment section of our livestream during a service. This will incliude greeting watchers, answering questions, and noting any prayer requests, questions, comments, or concerns. |
| SS Cares Leader | 12 months | Membership, Identity Cohort | To monitor those who are in the class and missing from the class, following up with those who are missing, helping with prayer requests and meal trails for those in the class |
| Cards Ministry | On Personal Basis | Membership | Help write cards to encourgae, congragulate, and show love tho peopel in our church! |
| Prayer Team | 12 months | membership | Areas of minsitry include: receiving the weekly cares prayer list, attending prayer meetings at 8am on Tuesday, praying during the services and special prayer services |
| Stephen Ministry | 12 months | Membership + Identity Cohort + 50hrs of Trainning | Take part in helping those who are struggling with divorce, health problems, depression, grief, and more recive counciling. Become an active listener who ministers to those in hard situations in the goodness of Christ. |
| Door Greeter | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Engage each individual and greet them with a warm and welcoming gretting |
| Cafe | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Attend to the coffee area and make sure all things are stocked throughout the morning and coffee/hot water is always available |
| Usher | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Welcome people into our worship space and provide any resources needed to enchange their experience (bulletins, communion cups, candles, etc) |
| Super Usher | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Graciously guide guests and members to open seats, removing the fear and emarrassment of searching for empty seats |
| Security | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Maintain a safe and orderly environment througout the campus. You will demonstrate a shepherd’s mindset of serving and protecting. |
| Medical | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership and CPR/First Aid Training | Helping and assisting during a medical emergency. |
| Lobby Host | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Demonstrate church unity and purpose by being prepared to deliver church ministry information to our gues and/or escort to Sunday School rooms and other areas of the building. |
| Parking/Sidewalk Greeters | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Provide a warm welcome to guest by guiding guests toward available parking spots and guinging them toward the entrances of the church. |
| Welcome Center | 1-2 times a month for 12 months | Membership | Engage members and guests with questions they may have regarding ministries of the church. |
| SS Missions Leader | 12 months | Identity Cohort | Look for service projects in your local area to Live to Bless our communities. |
